How Checkout, Payment, and Delivery Work

Review product price, shipping, tax if applicable, discounts, total payable, and CHIP payment steps before you pay.

Product details and pricing

Product cards in the collection section show each fragrance name, image, fragrance family, sillage, availability, and price in MYR before the customer starts checkout.

Quick Buy, Cart, and Checkout repeat the selected product name, bottle size, quantity, unit price, subtotal, shipping, tax if applicable, and final order total before payment is started.

Checkout flow

  • Choose a fragrance from the collection section, Quick Buy drawer, or cart.
  • Enter contact and Malaysia delivery details so shipping can be estimated.
  • Review selected products, quantity, shipping, tax if applicable, discounts, and total payable.
  • Continue to the secure CHIP payment page to complete payment.
  • Return to Airborne Fragrance after payment for CHIP confirmation, invoice handling, shipment booking, and tracking once a shipment reference is available.

Payment handling

Payments are processed through CHIP. Customers enter card or online payment details on the secure payment page provided by the payment gateway.

Airborne Fragrance stores order records, payment references, and payment status needed for fulfilment and support. The website does not store card numbers.

Shipping calculation

Shipping is shown before payment. The checkout may calculate shipping from the delivery state, postcode, cart contents, and the current shipping configuration.

When live courier rates are available, EasyParcel is used to quote or create the shipment. If a live EasyParcel quote is temporarily unavailable, checkout may use the configured flat shipping fallback shown in the order summary before payment.

If the website cannot prepare a valid payable total, the checkout is paused, or required delivery details are missing, the customer is shown a message before the CHIP payment page opens.

Courier availability can change between checkout and fulfilment. If shipment booking requires manual review, Airborne Fragrance will complete the courier step from the admin shipment workflow without charging the customer again through this website.

Order confirmation and tracking

After successful payment, the order is reconciled with CHIP, an invoice is created, and shipment booking starts. If EasyParcel booking is skipped or pending, tracking will appear after an AWB or delivery reference is saved. Customers can check delivery progress from the tracking page using their available order or delivery reference.

If the customer closes the CHIP payment page before completing payment, the order remains unpaid until CHIP reports a final status or the scheduled reconciliation process cancels the abandoned checkout.
